The Mulgoa Road / Castlereagh Road corridor upgrade will add a third lane in each direction and reduce travel times and congestion, making it easier for motorists to get from Penrith Station to home, or Castlereagh to the Nepean River, or Glenmore Park to the M4 Motorway.
